Adult training takes into consideration each individual’s ability and is designed to strengthen, tone, and balance the muscles to meet each person’s needs. In addition to self defense training, the adult classes develop peace of mind, stress relief, increased strength, better weight management, and improved balance, flexibility, and reflexes.
Our program combines the study of practical applications of: 1) self defense, and 2) traditional Kung Fu forms with their inherently beautiful physical movements.
Required within our curriculum for adults, is specific knowledge of Shaolin self-defense (Chin Na). Chin Na is a very rare and highly effective style of Chinese martial arts that only a handful of instructors around the world are qualified to teach, it is the root and foundation of all Asian joint manipulation and pressure point styles.
