This is a 12 classes program designed specifically for women inter- ested in learning more about basic martial arts techniques and forms in Kung Fu. The movement give every part of the body-muscles, bones and joints a chance to exercise and balance. The breathing methods enhance deep relaxation throughout the entire body and mind thus reducing stress and increased flexibility. It is excellent for strengthening the body and improving flexibility on many different levels.Women Only!
